Due to our continued expansion the company decided to purchase an automatic saw. The saw can cut any sections up to 1000 mm X 320 mm. The length of cut is automatically set by the back stop (photo 8), which is set by the control panel shown in photo 6. The steel member is then pushed through to the back stop on the motorized rolls. The steel member is then pneumatically clamped in position (photo 7) before the cutting begins. Both miter and straight cuts are available, as the saw can be rotated to 45 degrees in both directions.
